Venganza: special look into debut single, Painkiller

So, I managed to get a early inside look into Houston band, Venganza’s upcoming debut single, Painkiller. i must say I was more than just impressed, I was simply blown away by the quality of the work. Reading the lyrics, i was completely immersed, I could feel everything the writer felt when creating this. It felt more than just shallow words, it was emotions that ran deep within their bones, a feeling that only music could really describe. When I sat down and really listened, I could feel all the instruments and vocals meld into this raw animalistic sound of pain and regret. With the ferocity of bands like Slipknot and Sepultura, vocals that bring me back to the early days of Metalcore and later days of NU-Metal, and riffs that are to me, reminiscent of a Howard Jones led Killswitch Engage, I’d say this is generations of music being pushed through the creative minds that are the making of Venganza! Painkiller will officially debut 4/4/25, so I’m more than elated to see what the rest of our great scene will think!
